Who we are

Webster County Memorial Hospital (WCMH) is a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital located in central West Virginia in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains.  Since its founding in 1952, WCMH has been dedicated to living our mission and values by providing compassionate care to those in need, particularly to the disadvantaged living in this part of rural Appalachia. 

Our facility offers a variety of services including primary care services, a rural health clinic, in-patient and observation services, laboratory services, an emergency department including emergency medical services, physical therapy, diabetic education, a radiology department with CT scan and ultrasound capabilities, pulmonary therapy, cardiac rehab and social services.

The mission of Webster County Memorial Hospital is to provide excellent, high quality care in a compassionate and cost-effective manner. Today, after more than 50 years of progress, WCMH continues to serve the citizens of Webster and surrounding counties.  Healthcare is forever changing, but the values that define the mission and the people of Webster County Memorial Hospital will remain the same.
